My tread seems to be running a little low, just wondering how long it was before you had to replace your stock tires? (GTS)

[Make that STOCK tires, not STICK tires tongue]

66K? assuming there's tread left - ohmagawd!!
I've got 27k and my mechanic says I have about 40% left, so I may >40k, which is probably decent for road and weather conditions around here. That's new tires every 2 years the way I drive...not horrible. I rotate tires myself every 2nd oil change... tongue

I was running 37lbs of air on the fronts for the first 20k miles, so those are totally bald. Moved them to the back... the tires is swapped to the front are about 50% left thumbsup

My stock tires lasted about 2 weeks, and then I got my 19's on as stock tires suck ass, and looks the same.

Doh! Was wondering 'cause when I had my tired rotated/oil changed and all at 11k, they said my front tires needed replacement ASAP. (of course, then they switched the fronts to the back, so pssh! tongue). Ok, so probably around 25k or so I'll have to get some replacements!

Bummer! I need a better job, lol.

Thanks folks =)

when I got my car, it came with two sets of tires, all season and summer tires. I had the all season tires on for about 5k. They were still going strong too.

Depends how you treat your tires (racing/attempting to drift/ect...) My front both lasted about 25K (switched because i hit a prety big pot hole and made little bumps on the side) and my rear ones were on till i got my 17s this past December thumbsup
