Help w OEM exhaust tip!

Does anyone know how the hell to remove the chrome stock exhaust tip? I thought it might look a little better painted brushed chrome like my rims and calipers, and I cannot see where the goddam thing comes off!

I wanted to paint it brushed chrome like my calipers and rims...ended up just lightly applying with brush...looks great!! NEXXXXTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!! thumbsup
