Help...Speedometer and Gauges Problem!

ok i just got done putting in my indiglo reverse gauges yesterday and i have a couple problems. first of all is with my fuel one...my fuel doesnt appear to move at all...it just stays at the same spot. the second one is with my speedometer. IT WONT MOVE! i accidentally popped the needle off...could it be because of that? any help would be great and what i can do to solve this problem?! thanks guys.

sounds like you need to recalibrate your gauges

you probably messed up everything...broke the motor for both of them
i know cause i broke my wrx ones and bought sti gauge cluster...all manufacturers build things different
the celica you can take off the needles and put them back on with no problem

the fuel ones a needle too...i dont think i broke my motor for the speedometer because sometime if i move the needle around it might jump up to a certain speed liek 40 or something and the car might be considering that 0? am i most likely just recalibrating this wrong? my odometer doesnt work if my speedometer doesnt work so im putting more mileage on my car and my cars not counting it.

even if the motor isn't broken, you broke the needles spot it was in on the motor...
like once you take em off, you could be done for and they won't work again...they'll just stick all the time
i had it happen.
