Newbie here but i got a ? about springs. What kind of springs should i getand how much. i have 18' rims and the veilside kit but i need it for daily driving so not too close to the ground. Also about how much for average install?Thanks ahead for all replys

TRD springs are good for not a huge drop.. if you want lower go with hotchkis all range up to 200 bucks about

Are the hotchis springs better performance wise or the TRD springs? I was already thinking TRD springs but i want good performance... thumbsup

i have had dropzone springs for about 2 months...great bumpy ride...seem ok? for now...waiting for the i what da frik i buy these for face.

TRD is nothing more than Eibachs with Toyota's label slapped over top and I'm pretty sure you pay a higher price too because of it.

What about shocks though, going to see how long your stock shocks will last with aftermarket springs? A lot would say you may as well get some new Performance shocks slapped in there too and save on the labour pay, unless you're doing it yourself.

Hotchkis is definitely the best though, but I've never heard anything bad about Eibach and they are extremely popular.

Since you have the VS kit, I'd go with a 1" drop...TRD/Eibach.

trd r best for daily driving. specialy with a huge kit like veilside.
