Ok, I know that each has it's pros and cons. For instance, fiberglass weighs less than Urethane, but Urethane is flexible and will not break. Are there any other differences? Using the Kaminari kit for instance. confused I know quite a bit about engines and what not...but body parts are a mystery!

u pretty much got it... Urethane is more expensive...and it's harder to paint and therefore might be more expensive to paint. You have to heat the urethane first and use degreasers/oil removers to get all of the oils out of the polyurethane, and then immediately prime to make sure that the oils can't come out to the surface. If this isn't done, the paint wont stick...at all. Most guys go with urethane unless they are serious about being lightweight, or urethane isn't available...
