I say get a bunch of little stuff ... don't get the diamond plate floormats, they look tacky in my opinion.

tough call..

i dunno how reliable those lambo doors are. but they would be a sweet mod.

-what mods do you have already?

Well if you talking about just doing cosmetic mods...Lambo doors do look f'in' sweet on celicas because there is no window frame. But if its your daily driver it will be a pain getting in and out of unless you can put up with it.
Lambo doors...not a lot of room to get in and out of but killer look:

I would suggest doing some body work. You barely ever see a celica with side vents in the rear quarter panels. thumbsup Because these panels are welded into the body you can't just replace the panel with a pre-fab panel..You will have to have someone cut a vent in for you. The work can get costly but believe me it will show how much you put into your car when no other competition can touch you.
There is a picture of one celica somewhere in the gallery with side vents...Mad cool look.

My two cents!
Goodluck

Go the cheap way and ask GoldCelica to lend you his ride. His celi is pimped out already.

I already have a shitload of mods:

Exterior:
Wings West Body Kit
Decals (company names on both doors, near the side view mirrors)
APR Spoiler
17" Enkei rims
AEM Big Brake Kit
Painted Brake Calipers
Altezza Tailights
Blue PIAAs in the headlights
Clear Sidemarkers

Interior:
Blue/Green Neons
Kenwood DVD Touch Screen
2 10" JL's
Rockford Amp
Air/Fuel ratio gauge

I would like to get vents in the rear quarter panel, just like the mustangs have. I saw one celica on a website with mustang vents, and it looked sweet. but how much does something like that run? I'd like to get the X1 fenders, but then there might be too much going on in the front of the cars with the vents/decals. its getting to the point where every mod is a big decision, i don't want to make a wrong one. everyone loves my car here in pittsburgh!

You'll get a lot more show points for lambo doors.

Other things that score big at most shows.

Monkey bars/show tubes/roll cages

oversized rims.

fire extinguisher/toolkit

ICE (stereo, video, etc)

carbon fiber parts, stainless bars & suspension bits, coilovers.

Paint, something other than a factory color.

Racing seats, harnesses, lotsa lighting.

As much polished aluminum, Carbon Fiber and stainless steel as you can get under the hood.

details are big. judges want to see a unique car within the trends of the times.

Good luck, and remember, detail that car before every show. thumbsup
