Has anyone installed Stealth Bulbs on their Celica? I'm thinking about getting a pair for the turn signals up front. They are coated with a silver mirror like surface, but when lit up they are amber. I installed them on my M3 and they definitely live up to making it so that amber doesn't show through the lens, however they are not as bright as the stock bulbs were. I want to get the ones for the Celica, on the site http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProducts...odelSelect.htm, [ sylvania.com] they show that the Celica uses bulb 7507A which looks like it would fit the Celica, but the M-Tech number is 1156 so I'm not sure if the 7507's will fit or not. They offer one that is 1156 as well, but they have the nubs that are 180 degrees apart so you would have to shave one off. The problem is that these bulbs have metal bases so you can just shave it off like the plastic ones. Has anyone else gotten these bulbs before? BTW - the place that sells them is http://store.stealthauto.com. and http://www.stealthauto.com/stealthbulbs.htm

1 layer of silver paint on any incandescent bulb = stealth bulb. It'll match the headlight housing perfectly, and will light up just as bright and in the same color as the bulb originally did.

What if I use the 7507 stealth bulbs?? They have the nubs in the same location as the stock ones. My stock bulbs didn't have anythign shaved off, they actually were in the right place. Is there any power/current issue with using the 7507 bulbs versus the 1156's or is it simply a matter of where the nubs are located?
