Anyone know where to pick up the O2 (oxygen) sensor signal ... I can't find it confused

I know I'm probably an idiot and it's right in front of me but Where, what color wire, is it in the cabin ???

If your installing a o2 gauge. You can tap into the o2 on the passinger side, of the drivers compartment by the heater. I have pic's but can't get them to post e mail me and I will send them to you. helfish@msn.com

The best thing would be to buy a shop manuel with wiring diagrams. THen you have it to reference everything.

hey helfish, i got my o2 sensor on, thanks for helping me. two question though. first when i plugged it in it turned red first. next when im driving it bounces to the rich side a lot why ?

ok i looked in a manual and it says that oxygen sensor (bank1, sensor2) covers up into the cabin under the passenger's seat carpet.

I looked and can't find which wires belong to the sensor.

Can someone please help I really don't feel like taking my seat out. frown

I mean if it's coming up into the car from underneath the passenger's seat then it has to out through the fire wall, right?

Oh which wire could it be confused

where is it? i'm hooking up an air/fuel meter as we speak. another thing...where can you hook up a voltmeter? i can't figure out where to hook it up so that it will read immediately...

it's on the passenger side under the carpet near the fuse door.
