if you're standing in front of your car with the hood open.. look at the upper left hand corner. I see that you wrapped it with a yellow hose kit. Inspect for pinching by the dampers on the hood.

Did you check the fluid tank to make sure it's filled all the way?

when you open the hood you will see a rubber piece under it on the left side, that is hitting the hose, find a way to relocate the hose thumbsup

Ill first guess it just may be the way your hoses are installed and lined up but read this to see if you can answer a couple first.

Couple questions:
A. Is the fluid coming out of the nozzles or where exactly?
B. After opening & closing the hood does the water spray, drip, or squirt.
C. When driving and you hit a speed bump does water spray, drip, squirt?
D. When you activate the spray nozzles what happens doe you hear the window washers motor at all?
E. When you activate the spray nozzles is it not working, such making no noise?
F. Has anything been tampered near the area recently or past?
G. How long has this problem started and when exactly did you find out if you remember the situation?

After you choose a couple of those I can probably help you out more but here is what I expect you to check. Since you are saying that the problem happens when you open and close the hood here's what I'd ask you to check first.

List of things problems to check.
1. Fluid, Make sure your reservoir is full with the right amount of fluid not too much or to little. Make sure that the water reservoir is clean as well and that you have been putting the proper fluid. Some people just put regular water or tap water.
2. Visual, Check all lines for kinks. See if none of the hose are pinched, loose, and too tight, if there are not any hard water deposits in the hose lines. Take apart all hoses check lines under plastic wiper guard where the nozzles are located. Once the plastic is taken apart unsnap the nozzles see if there is any debris or damage.
3. Clean, hard water deposit inside reservoir and/or in
the hoses. Make sure windshield nozzles are clear from debris. Sometimes the water will harden the nozzle spray allowing no fluid to pass through causing the nozzles to malfunction you may need to clean the nozzles as well. After a couple days of not using the spray it will sometimes build up debris. You can keep trying to break away the debris by working the motor to shoot out some fluid but I highly recommend you try doing a couple of these checks below first. If the debris is the problem here try to clean it.
4. Hoses, If your hoses have been tampered with make sure that they are not stretched, kinked, pulled in anyway. Sometimes the tightly/loosely tensioned hoses and the impact of the hood when closed will cause your nozzles to accidentally squirt open when you pull the latch from the inside. Sometime the opposite away around as well when you close the hood the impact from a tightly tensioned hose line will cause it to squirt, drip or leak. Make sure all hoses snap directly on track. Also if the hoses are pinched in any fashion under the hood and you having been testing it. Here's what may be happening... Imagine you spray a windex bottle and it is on the off position but when you open it it sprays or squirts. This may be another reason relating to your washer working when you open the hood. Make sure everything is snug and fit.
5. Listen, Check if the windshield washer reservoir motor is properly functioning. If you activate the motor can you hear it cycling? Is it making any noise or is it not functioning at all? No noise their may be some problem in your electrical.
6. Electrical, if no power first check fuses. If fuses are okay check to see if the connector plug to your reservoir is not being disturbed when you open and close the hood. The plug may be loose or may be malfunctioning if the connection is not plug in and inserted all the way into the reservoir connector slot. It may be just a loose connection. The plug is located underneath your fender wall plastic mudguard. You will have to move the left steering wheel a little and pull the guard out of the way or even take off the bumper for easy access to the plug.
7. If this doesnt work take apart all the leads to your windshield washer fluid system. Reservoir, hoses, etc. The reservoirs motor may be damaged and you may need to buy a new reservoir container. Or it may just be a simple problem above. Track the problem from where you believe it may be starting from.

Good luck finding the problem.
