So from what I've gathered for this bypass I just diconnect the 2 hoses from my TB and connect the one coming from the radiator to the engine. This will decrease the temp of my TB greatly and its a good idea, I assume. So, my question is, its beginning to get cold here in Atlanta, Georgia. So i think the coldest it gets is maybe mid 20's if it gets that cold this year. I park outside so it'll be pretty cold. will I be able to start my car. If so, is it gonna be hard on my car? or should I just wait till it gets warm to do this mod

You'll be fine dude! I've done this mod. It just takes a few minutes longer to reach optimal operating temp.

^^^ I hear that...now this is just to lower your engine temps or what??? what is the effect of disconnecting the 2 hoses from the TB??

it lowers the temp of your TB when driving because the coolant to longer passes through the TB, BUT I wanted to know if it was ok to do it during this winter around 25 degrees outside. I'm planning on doing it w/ the Hondata intake gaskate. Kinda like a double wammie

it cools down your throttle body on hot days and what not keeping your hot coolant from circulating through your TB, giving it a chance to cool down. from what I know
