Those are covers from Autozone, they are pretty hard to find.

They look smoke painted to me. The only headlight covers I'm aware of are made by GTS (clear, tinted, carbon fiber), and the headlight bulge isn't clearly defined on them like in the pic. Definitely not any of Blue Bat's kits either, since his aren't that dark, and it would be impossible to fit a piece of vinyl over the front of the projector and have it look anywhere near decent (way too curvy).

I wouldn't do that...I think it's too dark. But maybe lighter tint with some of bat's overlays or paint the inside plastic black...

I think bat's kit would look a lot better than those.

The projector and relfector lense are not showing in that pic. Either the owner painted the top, added some type of material/cover over it, or opened them up and sprayed the underside of the lens.

You can tint the lense all sort of ways. You can use car tint or just spray tint. But spray tint will never come off once you get it on and it will end up scuffing in the long run. Don't tint the lense you'll loose visibility at night.

Most people just smoke out the inside of the accenting plastic piece that is clear. Depending on what type of paint you use that will give you the tinted look. But again the lense will not acutally be tinted.

It's up to you on how you decide to make your lens look. Those are most of the ways people do it.

Headlight covers are good for not getting rock chips on the headlight. Check out 3M they make a clear protective film that will prevent your lense from rock chips. It's the best investment if you don't want the headlight getting damage. thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup
