i duno... i think that eating dog thing is just a myth... i could be wrong though...
I think it's a Chinese Culture. Korean only caught on recently but are making news because they legalized it. It's illegal in China but no one care as long as you don't run a farm for it.
It's not a myth. Last time I visited China (ten years ago), they sell it (roasted) by the pound everywhere in the food market. It's also considered a delicacy so they usually like to treat their visitor with it
. There was a saying in China. "As long as the thing is standing on four feet and it's not a table or chair, it's all good
Don't ask me how they taste, I never tried. They do smell good though...that's why Chinese refer them to "perfume meat" to beautify eating dogs.
