How do i steam clean an engine?

If you have a steam cleaner. With brush attachment steam clean all the metal pieces. Get deep down into the crevices and hard to reach area's. Don't steam anything electrical such as plugs, wires, ignition coils, alternator, battery, etc. Just clean the engine bays rubber seals, metal pieces, plastic pieces, nuts, bolts etc. Wipe down with a terry cloth rag to get rid of the residue. Don't get to crazy with the steam.

make sure you don't get water in hte spark plugs just had an experience with that on my dads car ... it will cause a misfire.
