It looks to me like everything is included, but why take our word for it? Call them up and ask them specifically if it has everything you would need for a swap into a 7th gen Celica. Remember, they aren't selling it specifically for YOUR car (7th gen) so talk to them first. Calling them will also give you an idea if the company is fairly reputable. Good luck thumbsup

no that shouldnt be bad.

if you were swapping a 6th gen engine for a 5th gen engine, that is illegal in CA.

guys im 99% sure that all engines swaps are illegal in california, you are only allowed to swap engines for the same engine (i.e. your eninge blows up) or if the factory offered a different engine for your vechile, all vechiles and engines have to be cleared by the gov.(federal) before the dealer can release it, and same with all pecies, they have to be cleared by the gov.(state) before it is allowed, unless it is considered a replacement part, such as rims, tires, AEM underdrive pulley, etc. But dont make a mistake, talk to the dmv before making a huge error. hehe.

JDM 3SGTE does not come with EGR = illegal in CA.
By the way, what about the tranny? Are you going to use 5sfe tranny or else?
