new---ica.org .. theres a group buy on them, exept its really not a group buy. you just order one and you get group buy prices. i got my extended length gts exhaust for 514 shipped. not gonna beat that.

TRD Source [ trdsource.com] I'm still a little miffed I haven't gotten my TRD Fuel Door yet (seven months and counting  ) but everything else I've purchased from them including my TRD exhaust was a great deal.

Try to find it used from someone either online or somewhere else...I got mine from some guy who used it for 3 months for $225

But they'll try to sell me TRD merchandise in the parts department.  Why the hell would TRD make an intake that only works on the Matrix? WTF, who races a matrix?
