u shoukd just save up for hids. they're a lot bright, last a hekka longer time, and you'll love em. they're worth it in the long run.

PIAA is way too expensive.

Either save up for HIDs, or buy some imitation bulbs for a fraction of the price.

The best advice is to save for HIDs.

Failing that, don't spend more than $30 on your lows. I've tried two brands: MTEC and Nokya Artic Purple. The MTECs were a bit brighter, but the Nokya bulbs had that nice purple/white look to them (hence the name). Both are nice. When these burn out, I'd probably go back to Mtec though.

Basically, all these bulbs last the same amount of time. It's a crapshoot trying to guess when any bulb will burn out. Just do NOT touch any bulb with your bare hands. The oil on the glass will kill the life of the bulb.

i use PIAA extreme force, it's brighter than extreme white plus or mtec. i don't know about Plasma Spark Blue, it's probably brighter than extreme force. my other car had extreme white for over a year until i decided to upgrade to extreme force. they're pretty good... thumbsup pricey though...
