I just installed a HKS TT type 0 and it matches perfectly with my gauge cluster. Also the auto timer works very well for cooling down your car after a long ass drive...

he doesn't have to have one. it's called an auto timer not specificaly a turbo timer, although traditionally they are used for turbos. seems like a nice mod to me.

Well in turbo cars after a long hard drive the turbo and engine oil will be very hot, turning the cars off without cooling is bad for the turbo because hot oil will just sit and cook in the turbo. therefore you have a turbo timer which allows the car to stay on and run coolant to cool the oil.

Same applies to NA cars. after a long hard drive it is better and safer to allow the oil to cool before turning the car off. Although it usually isn't as necessary for NA as it is for Turbo. I didn't have one of these at button willow and ambient temps were over 100 degrees so i had to use my last laps as cool down runs.

there was an article in Turbo magazine talking about Turbo timers for NA or turboed cars..They said it is not good for your car if you just straight shut off your car after its been running a while.. well.. i WANT to keep my car in good shape so thats why i invested in one of these. and i guess thats just your opinion.

it allows the engine to run the cooling system while you lock the car and walk away, for a pre-determined amount of time, usually 5-10 minutes

type 1?,cool im thinking about it already...cause i run my car hard at the track, and ive got the blue gauge leds in the mail,should be here soon hopefully.

I think i'm goin to get an apexi RSM with the G sensor, anyone know how to hook that up? I know satoshi has a good write up on his site but i might need someone with some first hand experience so that i don't short my whole wiring harness.

the wiring is pretty simple..i got the ignition wires if you need to know which is which but i dont know about the ecu..
