maybe it's your APR strut Bar?
Since he said it's clunking over bumps too, I doubt it's the strut bar. I have the same bar and its only symptom (if not corrected) is a knocking noise when you turn the wheel at low speeds. It's caused by the bar's endplates rubbing against the top of the struts, and can easily be solved by greasing the bottom center of the endplates and the tops of the struts.
and seems to have Hotchkiss sport sway bars & goldline springs from his profile..
Sounds like the problem is almost definitely the endlinks. Goldines lower the car a ton, and the stock endlinks can't handle lowering that much when Hotchkis sways are used. Lots of Tein coilover owners have the same problem, since Tein coilovers can go around as low as Goldlines. Their stock endlinks either break inside the joint or bend, because the endlinks are too long. This preloads the sways, and when you hit a big bump, extreme stress is put on the endlinks. Even Tein's own adjustable endlinks can't handle the stress of Hotchkis sways, so if the problem really is the endlinks, the only ones that will hold up to his combo are Hotchkis endlinks. They're not shown on Hotchkis' site, but can be ordered by phone.
