suprastore.com ... having bad luck with them, i recieved my front two shocks but not the rear two... they are backordered... heres how my day went trying to see whats up wiht them as i recieved my front two a week ago and still the rear two havent been shipped...

Whats up with my order?? man... i recieved reallly poor customer service today, i'm trying to find out when i will be gettin my rear struts from you guys... i ordered the KYB GR2 Shock Package Celica, struts for my Celica... i recieved my front two a week ago today... i called a week ago when i recieved those front two and they informed me then that the rear two were backordered and wouldnt be in for a day or two... so i say ok and wait a week for my new tracking number... a week later and nothing.. so i called back today to find out what the heck was going on. well i call and someone puts me through to Geovioni...
-he tells me he is calling KYB and that i should call back in about 15 minutes to find out whats up...
-I called back and was told to again call back in two minutes because he was "up front busy with a customer."
-I wait about 15 minutes to give him time to finish, then call back and i was yet again informed that he was still busy up front and asked to call back, i told the guy on the phone that i had already called back twice and i asked if i could give him my number for Geovioni to call me back, the guy took my name and number and told me he'd call in about 10 minutes. I said sure no problem.
-Hours later i recieved no call back
-I call back at 7:45pm EST to try to get ahold of him before the store closed. I was informed that he had already left that that i would have to call back around noon EST.
-----All of these calls were long distance from California..
... I need these struts for this weekend but as it looks im not going to have them, i would really appreciate it if these could be sent out next day air to me once you recieve them... I'm a member of the 7th Gen Celica fourms at
celicahobby.com ... the members there have givin you guys at suprasore.com nothing but good reviews and that is why i choose to order from you guys. Please help me out man
