Carbon Fiber is not brown . Black and REAL carnbon-fiber go well together But yes carbon fiber is paintable, but that sort of destroy's the entire purpose

You can have it painted, but why? Look in the gallery there are plenty of black celicas w. C/F hoods and none of them look brown, the happen to match very well

Carbon Fiber is not brown . Black and REAL carnbon-fiber go well together But yes carbon fiber is paintable, but that sort of destroy's the entire purpose if hes going for the weight difference as opposed to appearance, then does it defeat the purpose? is car paint that heavy?

How does it destroy the entire purpose? The purpose of replacing your hood with a Carbon Fiber one is for a lighter wieght.
