where did you guys mount this? i put mine on the little horseshoe shaped thing on the bottom. also, i got mine used and it didnt come with the twisted l-shaped bracket nor the rubber mount, but it is still pretty sturdy. this should be safe right? i just emailed injen to see if i can purchase these parts.

I attached mine to the twisted braket, but you should be fine the way you got it.

I used the bracket too, it gets some movement when you gun it, but nothing too serious. also had to trim a little of the plastic cover in front of the filter.

mine is fine the way it is, i hope (it didnt come with the bracket nor the rubber mount) but i hope i can buy these two pieces from injen just to be on the safe side.

Yeah, its fine without the bracket, dont worry much about it.. it's pretty sturdy.
