Well, I've been having a rough idle recently, and this helped to improve it. I went to Advanced and picked up a can of intake cleaner. After removing the hose that connects the airbox to the throttle body, I sprayed some of the stuff in there, opening and closing the butterfly valve. The difference was incredible. It shifted more firmly (which is weird, I have no idea how it would affect that) and it had more get up and go to it. Definitely a great thing for just $3. thumbsup

Post pics if you have a camera. Did you spray in the throttle body or the plastic intake? Anyways Good work. thumbsup

Yea, pics would be great. I am clueless when it comes down to my car, other than the regular oil change and etc.

this is in the installs page already on this site. check how to clean throttle body. it will improve idling but it wont improve ur shifting. it is recommended that you spray the throttle body cleaner on a rag and clean the throttle body instead of spraying in it. first take off the plastic hose for the airbox, and then clean the throttle body(metal part). once ur done, pull the throttle cable and the metal piece raises up in the throttle body. now you clean the rest of the opening. put everything back together and ur car should idle way more smoother depending how dirty it got. doing this once every 6 months is a good idea
