Riax rims?

There is a guy locally selling a set of 18x7.5 universal 5 bolt with 225/40/18 Kuhmos 90% Tread for a seemingly decent price.

Any one know any thing about this company? The guy who is selling them says they are off his gf's RSX so he knows nothing, not the offset, whether they are forged or multi-piece or how the quality is. They look similar to some of the REV wheels and a few other companies...

Edit: Also, what are the cons of having 18" wheels? Obviously longer distance for the wheels to turn and thus slower acceleration, what about rubbing or camber wear? Lets say they are between 40 and 45 offset, I believe that should be safe on our cars correct?
