Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Question

Anyone have/seen one of these on a celica?? Comments about it are very welcomed. I know it's on ebay and all, but I think it's cool. Heres the link. Antenna [cgi.ebay.com]

go ahead and check it out, i customized mine though, i cut my stock antenna 2 inches on my 2002 celica, i found a junk cordless phone, took the antenna out, slide it in the stock antenna, paint it flat black spray paint, put it bacl on the car and Bam, nice and short antenna

will it get good radio reception or will i even get anything at all being so small? other than that why not it looks ok but a bit to small for me

Yeah I'm actually just thinking about shaving my antenna completely. I never listen to radio anyway and my antenna right now is an eye sore, but I might get one of these mini ones because I don't care about reception and it will cost less than shaving it in the long run i guess.

It looks good ... but I believe you are going to suffer some major radio reception.

I have a customized antenna. i cut it down to 12 inches and it looks good and i also still get good reception.
