hey does anybody know if BuddyClub2.com is really the official manufacturers? and are the kits really to OEM fit as they say?? any qua confusedlity?

Yes, www.buddyclub2.com [buddyclub2.com] is the offical site for the Buddy Club 2 kit. Authentic Buddy Club kits should have pretty good fitment.
