Are you trying to change the radiator cap with the TRD radiator cap? Or are you just looking for the radiator fluid? Anyway...
Do you own a 7gen Celica? 2000-2005 model? The TRD radiator cap doesn't fit on the 7gen. The radiator fluid is in the plastic reservoir right by the hood latch near the fans. Toyota radiator fluid is red in color you can get a bottle of it at the dealer.
If you're trying to put the TRD radiator cap onto the reservoir it won't fit. The caps have different threads. 7gen Radiator cap is plastic the TRD is metal.

Remove the logo very careful and stick it onto your stock cap. Only way possible you can't use the metal cap threads aren't the same.
