I jus got my s7 autotechnic gauges and i jus wanted to know if people had problems wiring it up? Cuz i hooked it up onto the parking light wire and grounded it and its not workin at all... im worried because i spent a lot of money and im they dont work... Can someone give me some help on how they hook theirs up?? and give me a few pointers or two? Thanks guys!

i tried the steering column and the metal arm under the steering column...please more help, im really bummed cry

Did you hook up the black connector thing? It's attached to that black box on a fairly long piece of wire. One thing you could do to see if they're working is grab a 9 volt battery, put the positvie end of the gauge on the pos terminal, and negative on the negative.

ground it by putting a ring terminal on the end of the negative wire, and use a self-tapping sheet metal screw from your local hardware store (home depot) and drill it into the steel under the plastic driver's side door sill...I did mine there, and nobody can tell, and it all woprks flawlessly...

An easier way to do it is to connect the wire to the brown one on the back of the gauge cluster. I think it is the brown one... That way you don't have to ru a wire all over the place...
