Manual oil gear change.?

Hey ppl..i have 2000 gts...is about time for my car to changes the gear oil...i read the tech info...some say
mt90 and other say 75 x 90 w/o the ns...what the different between the two...beside i have to order those stuff online..there no auto part carry those oil in my area...please i need help...WHICH IS BETTER...THE MT 90 OR 75 X90 W/O NS...?????
