I was reading about redding out the taillights. That Testor paint that is used, you have to buy off the internet. Is there a place like Autozone or Pep Boys sells something similar to that b/c i want to red out my taillights over the weekend and don't wanna order that paint & wait 4 days for it to come. Any ideas?

yep, try pep boys, autozone, etc. or even a hobby shop may carry it. Just call around in your area, I'm sure you'll find someone that has it

or just order the vinyl overlays from bluebatmobile. there may be some delay due to his family situation but they would be easier to apply and little chances of f/u.

I have been building scale models for years and only a hobby shop will have what you need. Transparent paint is a rare find a most hobby shops you may still have to order it.

I would use Blue Bats kit, they are vinyl overlays that are easy to use and look great: bluebatmobile.com

Walmart has them

i couldn't find it around any auto shops or walmarts around here, i had to run to a hobby shop to get the paint

any real craft/hobbie store should have it. somewhere like a michals or similar place.

Red Paint will fade in time. I've seen several faded taillights. Vinyl's your best bet.

Which Vinyl Kit do you suggest from BlueBatmobile to red out tails?

Just clear them after you paint them. Mine have been painted for over 2 years. No change from day one. Wax your tails when you wax the car also.
