...dont know if anyone thought about it yet, but...since the new lotus has the 2zz in it, and we're all looking for a ecu upgrade and i heard the lotus ecu is tuned better then would it be possible to get that ecu and replace ares w/ that one...or would there be emissions issues and money right...but wouldn't that work though...

Different harness, and not to mention a different car. The ECU controls more than just the engine.
