i just recently did it with my body kit (veilside eci) it was pretty simple...first i rough sanded the bodykit, then fined sanded it like crazy, primed it and painted it (with automotive spary gun and compressor at 45 psi) and clearcoated it at 40 psi (both psi to the gun) looks good, i did get some orange peal beacuse i put the clearcoat on in sprays instead of almost liquid coats. But basically if you are mechanniacly inclined and have painted houses or anything else, and do a good job, then the body kit will turn out fine. Just make sure to use a lot of plastic in your gerage so that NO dust can get on the painted kit and put a fan at the TOP of the encloser to blow out all overspray, or else you will get orange peal. Hope this helps.
