What kind of Intake would you recommend for mid engine power? I'm looking more in the acceleration end, not top speed.

One he is asking about Headers...not an Intake. I find this hilarious because you even quoted his question. LOL. Second I love how everyone already says to get a TPR header when it hasn't even been proto-typed yet. I would love for there header to make some impressive gains... But until I see some dynos I trust no one.
The TPR header will produce more power than Trial/TRD
/DC just by design. It's a real 4-2-1 header, not a theta pipe design like those others. It will be optimized to produce midrange and top end power. RSX guys are getting 10-13whp with their race headers, and only 3-5 with the regular ones (just like us). Here's a pic of what the TPR race header will look like:

You can see the obvious difference. Plus, the TPR header will include anti-inversion primaries (keeps exhaust pulses moving forward instead of returning to the combustion chamber), and spots to tap for EGT sensors.
BTW, besides TPR, all Intakes
bog in low end on some cars, so not even AEM
