First review of TPR intake (not assosiated with TPR)
I saw EasyC on Saturday when he came down to Cali...he brought one of his first batch Intakes with him and let me try it out for a few days. A bit of background on my car...

I used to have the Powerhouse Racing Intake on my car...CEL would come on without a S-AFC hooked up. Had the AFC stolen, so tried to rectify my situation by getting an Injen CAI.

That worked for a little while, then the Injen would constantly cause a CEL. I've dealt with it for about a year and a half..the bogging, the loss in Performance because of the rich mixture the computer caused with a CEL on, etc...

Put on TPR's Intake on Saturday and reset the ECU. I expected some bogging right from the start because the ECU had to get adjusted...nothing at all. Very smooth starts, even with my Fidanza flywheel. Nice Went into lift a few times, felt very good. EasyC let me leave the Intake on my car for the weekend. Ended up having to take a long drive tonight, over 200+ miles, including the other in-town driving that I had done on Saturday...

so I'm guessing about 275+ miles on the car since I've had TPR's Intake on it. No CEL, no bog, power was there when I wanted it. I'll be shipping this one back to him in the next day or so and waiting for my updated Intake from him. So if anyone was waiting for a completely unbiased review from someone not involved with TPR, there ya go. I can't wait to get my Intake now

Their Intake totally makes sence in my mind. However, I need money for other things right now and I will wait until it is easier to get one. thumbsup

Why is that? Because it's commercial?
