What the &$% is the difference. I know that one is four pipes into two then one and the other is four into one. What I want to know is what is the power difference for them? Thanks

Usually, a 4-1 is good for top end gains only, while a 4-2-1 gives midrange and top end. Think of the 4-1 as an Injen CAI on a GTS, and the 4-2-1 as an AEM CAI. wink

To get great low end gains, you'd have to get a Turbo or better yet, an SC. If that's not an option, get an CAI like AEM or TPR and/or an exhaust like TRD or TPR. All four give decent low end gains, and are even better when paired together. The gains won't blow you away or anything, but they're better than stock, and will make daily driving a bit easier at low RPMs. smile

A PFC will blow you away or rather blow the competition away from the low end torque it gives you.

I get my kicks on EC.

How much torque at peak low end does the PFC give a stock car GTS, anyway? Haven't seen any dynos.

Not bad, but the TPR CAI/Exhaust combo is neck and neck with the PFC down low (and beats it by 5hp+ up high), plus they cost half as much (including dyno time) and won't void any warranties (PFC voids just about everything). wink

Actually, they cost 1/4 as much. However, "Neck and Neck" Is kind of a dumb way to put it. The power FC is 10 times better than an Intake. I don't care which one. At the moment it is the SINGLE BEST MOD for our cars.
