There's a cluster of 3 bolts on the front half of the rear suspension arm. Unbolting those will lower the rear suspension. Then unbolt the strut, and it should literally pop out of the car. It's happened 3 of the 4 times I've done a spring/strut/coilover install.
BTW, I also have Tein S-Techs, and I love the way they make the car look.
Perfect wheel gap, good ride quality (not too stiff or bouncy), and a decent handling/lauching/braking gain. Sways are my favorite suspension mod by far, though.
