Ive seen kits that do it for you but they cost around $30 which in my opinion is a total ripp off but you can then adjust it to the speed you want which is kinda cool..Check your local shops, youll be suprised...I just cant see myself shellin out $30 just for lights that blink fast, Id rather put it towards a K&N filter thumbsup

me either.. I didn't realize that leds would have that effect. But once I found out, I'd already paid like $100 for all the leds so I said screw it and left them.. I could have bought load equalizers to stop the fast blinking, but that would have been even MORE money.. (this was on my last car, btw.. not my current celi)

here is a quick answer to fast/quick blinkers...
this is a quick free mod!!
u take out either the right or left turn signal/blinker bulb, leave the other side in.. and the car should auto matically let the remaining bulbs blink at a faster rate letting you know 1 or 2 things.. 1-one of your bulbs are out.. 2- or not working properly. LOL

it was funny.. when i thought of it.

if you want to make the blinkers go fast. you have to get a new flasher. flasher [hyperflasher.com] they have 2x, 4x, and 6x. don't get it too fast or the cops will be on you quick. so i suggest getting the 4x runs about 20

Their called hyperblinkers.

Theirs many ways you can change the speed of the blink.
1. Get a different bulb with lower power output. It'll blink faster causing a short in the bulb which is why it makes it blink faster. Different bulbs with lower or sometimes even higher output placed in your signal lamp will do the trick.

2. Change or modify your relay switch for the blinkers with a different ohm resistor the gives you a faster blink. Almost the same as changing the bulbs to a lower power but this mod requires a little more work with soldering. But will not burn out your bulbs as fast as just changing them will.

3. A relay controll unit of connecting to your stock relay flasher unit where you can adjust the frequency speed of the blinks. Look around some people sell them. I have a friend with this unit he has a old school esclipe gsx with r34 skyline taillights. At a show he can activate the blinker source to blink from the inner circle to the outter sort of a fade in effect and the 3rd brake light in strobe. It's badass.

I had done all three of them but stuck with the regular blink because cops here in California tend to spot those cars more frequently and it is illegal to modify the blinker speed. You will get a fixer ticket for it if the cop doesn't seem to like it just some advice.
