The first kit I got was not as big as pictured on their site. I called and they paid to have it shipped back, then sent me another design to my specified measurements. It was larger and I actually had them modify the design on their site. They had their graphics person do the mods and shipped it to me.

I applied one of the side stripes myself and fucked it up royally. So I decided to purchase a replacement stripe and have a professional install both sides. I called to find out the cost to get a replacement and - get this - they said,

"No charge." I said - "But it was my mess up." They said - "No matter - we want you to be satisfied."

The only problem I had was that the original design took forever to get to my house. I don't know if it got lost in the mail or what. But both replacements made it in 48 hours.

And I do think their prices are a bit high. But if I ever do something different, I'll go back to them first.

If you call them, ask for Susan and tell her Doc Smiley gave them props. I gave her a hard time when the design was delayed initially. I'd like her to know that I appreciate their great follow through.

My decals came from there, they are really good at customer service.
