Recommendation for new tires

I am going to need new tires on my original 16" gts rims. Please let me know if there are any particular tires I should stay away from or any recommendations you might have on specific type. I am thinking of going to costco for new tires. Does anyone have an opinion on this particular tire? http://www.costco.com/Tires/Product...spect=50&Diameter=16&Speed=Y&Width=205>. Or if anyone knows where I can go in Southern California (preferably near Long Beach) that has good deals.

there's a place near my house that has a decent price on Azenis, just 10 min form Long Beach. it's called American tire Depot, forgot the number but it's like right next to my house.

As for tire recommendations:

Falken Azenis
Yokohama AVS ES100
Toyo T1-S

Nitto 555 extreme. I don't know if they make it in a 16 though. I have them on my 18's and they are awesome in wet weather, and they have suprisingly lasted a lot longer than I would have thought.

Parada Spec 2's thumbsup!!! I have them set up in the front. They grab the road WELL, and help a lot in cornering/
