Does anyone know if MTECH makes a hyper-white bulb to replace the stock DRL's in the Celi? The CelicaStore does not seem to have anything in stock that would fit the DRL sockets...I have hyper whites all around now except for the damn DRL's!

what are you talking about? the DRL bulb is a part of your high beams. anyway, the type you're looking for is 9005, and yes, it's in the celicastore...

paseo is right, DRLs don't have their own bulbs, they use the high beams at a low emission

I checked my car this morning (full daylight) and there's a small cylinder-shaped bulb that's on - it's neither high or low beam, or parking lights...

yes it is the high beam bulb which is the DRL Bulb as well.. here's bulb sizes.. https://celicahobby.com/tech/lights_external.htmlthe DRL as ravertony stated operates at a reduced wattage as compared to its full potential at high beam output.. try it.. turn on your head lights during the day and activate the highbeam.. then look at it.. or better yet have a friend do it... then turn off the headlights and you'll see the high beam is the same bulb as the DRL..

there are only 4 bulbs in each head light unit: turn signal = 1156 park light = 194 low beam = H7 highbeam/DRL = 9005

dirty headlamp i bought secondhand but here's a picture.. note the rubber grommet's are off above is your low beam projector...below it houses the high beam bulb which doubles as the DRL
