I have a 2000 clieca too. these are what I recommend
flush the tranny fluid every 30k. or drain/fill every year if auto.
flush the coolant every 30k, or drain/fill every year.
flush power steeling fluid every 30k. (mine became 'condensed'/discolored at 40k)
bleed brake fluid every 2 years.
replace spark plug every 60k.
valve adjustment every 110k based on what the dealer say (I don't think so, should be sooner)
change air filter every 30k.
chante dust filter every 60k.
re-torque chasis every 60k.

no, the brake, transmission, power streeling fluid are not included in the regular 30k/60k service. Either they will recommend you to do them, or you need to ask for them. it will be $100 for each extra fluid flush.
