i painted my console and i want it to have the shine and glassy shine that this blue one has...what do i usel...is it just layers of clear coat or is it a high gloss spray?

High Gloss..like it said it that link..u can get them at any hobby store for under 4 bucks..but they are pretty small..the hight is about 4-5in and it's about 2in wide..about 3oz..don't remember..

can i take the consol to the shop and say they shall paint it like the out side of the car???

Probably...but i wouldnt. I would go to autozone or some equivalent and buy duplicolor spray paint that they have to match the color of your car. Get primer and base color...and clear coat if you want it really nice...and it will cost you a lot less. Oh and i know it's exterior paint...but i've used it before on plastic trim pieces in my eclipse and it turned out fine. thumbsup

Yeah, you can. No problem. BUT - think it over a bit before you do: Inside your car, you're throwing around coins, keys, cd's, maybe you've got a watch that's scraping against your plastic when you're shifting or whatever.
Now, imagine how carefull you'll have to be not to scrape up anything if you've got your interior painted..

pick up some clear coat at autozone...i want to paint my dash when i get my car as well... thumbsup
