so yesterday, Ivan rained like hell on Atlanta...tons of trees fell over, the streets were flooding in certain places, the rivers flooded near some of the wealthier homes, and people's entire basemant levels were submerged !!!! eek eek eek...my girlfreind lives on the other side of town, so I had to drive in this bullshit to go and get her and bring her back to my place because its safer...I was sooooooo waiting to hydrolock my car...drove up and down hills...people were driving in the center lanes to go through the shallowest part of the flooded parts...it was scary...I had my wipers on full blast, and the rear one on constant too, and still had trouble seeing!!! eek eek eek I drove around trees and branches, and through a couple of really really deep spots, but made it through ok...I have a stock ride height, and and AEM Intake that would have had something to do with it...I was waiting for the car to hydrolock, but I went through the water really really slow, and in low rpm, and no hydrolock!!!!! grin grin on the way back to my house the wind was blowing so hard it picked up a 4' flower pot and rolled it across the road, and I hit the thing dead on angry angry angry, and it just kept rolling...it was crazy I'll try to take pics later, as to the devastation because some of the roads and neighborhoods I drove through are evacuated and what not because the roads are literally underwater and closed...you can't drive on a road you cannot see

To hell this huricane season, i live in puerto rico and last week we had tropical storm jeanne, and i did't have power and water for 4 days. It sucks man to live in the tropics during this time of the year.

I have a cai, but i am scare that someday i will get hydrolock, so decided not to use my car the day before the storm and like 2 days after because it kept raining like hell man. Hate the fuc... rain.

Now, Ivan has split into two parts. One part is up in the Northeast. The 2nd part looped back around Florida, and is now ANOTHER tropical storm skirting along the Louisiana-Texas coast.. And, TS Jeanne is now a hurricane and is heading for the Florida.
