i was wondering if importfan.com has a good quality carbon fiber hood(C-Wings(R) Carbon Double Sided Scoopless Hood > Toyota Celica 00-up > 3-Door) and a good quality carbon fiber hood scoop ( C-Wings(R) Carbon C1- Scoop > Toyota Celica 00-up > 3-Door) with a perfect fit..

is it a good quality as VIS or some of the other carbon fiber hoods?

any suggestions or reviews will be great...thanks...

Been their pretty good customer service at their new location. Good bumpers and products if you're not satisfied they'll help you out. Very huge facility tons of stuff. If you're going their direct you should make sure you know what you're buying and ask them questions about whatever you need. If you're picking up a body kit make sure to bring a big transportation vehicle. They wrap their stuff in huge bubble wrap and mark all their items with some type of warranty with a stamp. They're pros with some awesome built rides. Their website is some proof of their expertise.

they are experts in the Carbon Fiber field. The owner owns 4 full Carbon Fiber JDM Supra's. They have extensive magazine coverage and vendor at many huge car shows. Their website web usually has a review on the item and tells you how the fitment is. Well my experience with them is they're honest I bought a rear bumper along with other bumpers and things. Knowing one bumper had a gap fitment they offered me a great price. Knowing it still had a gap fitment "which was listed on their website" I still bought it. They do a great job describing the item whether their are problems with the product and how they are perfecting the products that are not perfect.

Anyway if you still have questions I know a guy who works their for the wholesale great person to deal with very professional tell him Leica sent you.

Here's his e-mail if you have simple questions he'll answer them: vudovu@importfan.com His name is Vu as you can see wink.

Looking at the description of the item Test Fit Results: Perfect fit. Though it is NOT included, this hood is designed to work with the C-Wings C1 hood scoop or the OEM hood scoop if preferred.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

They suck angry angry angry angry

There are no warrenty's everything is as is.
I bought a set of bumpers from them and they didn't fit so I exchanged them for a different set which didn't fit either and thier customer rep. told me that I could only get 30% of my money back and I should try to sell the bumpers that didn't fit. angry angry Why would I try to sell someone bumpers that I know for a fact do not fit. confused That's just bad business thumbsdown

Adn the bumpers were not just off by a little they were 2 inches plus. And the second set was almost 2 inches short.

Hey, that's the exact same SHIT fitment that the parts I got from www.aitracing.com [aitracing.com] had.

So that's 2 sites I'll never buy from (again) then... importfan.com and aitracing.com.

I work for GTP//C-Wings//importfan.com

Most of our stuff fits right up...other stuff doesn't.
Most of the kits thats don't fit up right we usually do not sell. I work on the website and I know which products to take off because people come in and say they dont fit, so I take it off the website, and say that the piece is being re-molded. Which is what happens most of the time.

What happens many of the times since we do not make authentic "body-kits" we take a piece of the car we want made, and we send it out. Usually takes a long time for us to get it back since it is over-seas. They then send it back, and we get a Fiberglass or Carbon version. And many times, the product is then copied and copied. So what you is a copy of a copy of copy.

And like other aspects of the automotive industry, you get what you pay for. If you don't have the money, or don't want to spend the money on an authentic kit, most likely the replica's arent going to fit 100%.

But if I ran this company, I would run it much differently.

Your kidding me right? You do get what you pay for, but it doesn't mean you can sell them a crappy kit, I would understand if it happened once, but it seems like more then 1 person has had a problem with your work (GTP). Im sorry but Importfan/GTP, you guys down there are a bunch of jokes.. No wonder Ted left your company. I sell Veilside replica kits too, for close or usually less then what you guys sell it for, and i've never had a problem as bad as the kits you sent out. Since the first complain you should have either stopped selling the kits or sent them back to get them remade, look how bad that one guys kit is, the front bumper in the headlight has more curves then a fat woman. I give GTP/Importfan thumbsdown thumbsdown

I think you should talk to the owner, who cares that he owns 4 Carbon Fiber widebody Supras, he only jacked the AB Flug kit, not hard to do. And i've seen a few of those supras at GTP and they look like crap, all except for the mustard yellow one.

Just a heads up, if you keep screwing up the Celica members here your gona nationwide lawsuit on your hands.

For the people that got screwed hit me up, if your close by we'll try to work out those curves, I can more then willingly help you guys out. Just PM me.. thumbsup
