Finally I got it.. tongue

going from RMM ~5lbs -->
APR (~4lbs +battery tie down -->
Carbing (~2lbs eek)

all of which have been great bars..

i've yet to really push the carbing bar really hard but it holds up really good thumbsup just as the others have prevented tire squeeling when turning hard and fast..only fitment issue is the brake fluid being in the way tongue and to fill it i'd have to take off the carbing bar again.. i think they also make it in steel but this one is aluminum happywink

i had the hardest time trying to find it.. and yup it's JDM.. thought the price isn't for everyone.. about $270 new without shipping..

i bought it used one month used.. but still expensive cry otherwise i still don't know where you could get one...

and yes sultan you were right.. it was you and jeff that made me go on ahead to get the carbing bar thumbsup look at the welds hmmm tasty

wink - Hypermotive is by far the best looking front strut bar imo however the primary function of the bar (stiffness) is not up to par being that it's one of the easist to bend. I got it for the bling factor to match my other accessories under the hood however if one wants to maximize their suspension mods, a Carbing front strut bar is one of the sturdiest in design and material...

and yah Sultan is right.. i was going to run out and get a hypermotive bar because yes it does have a really nice look to it but as i researched further on strut bars.. Carbing owned 's grin

did you take off your brake fluid cap? or just squish it under the bar... i have the carbing and i had to take the top off... confused

i got the carbing bar after seeing how nice it was in your pic wink and yah i just smashed the bar down... but then on the other site i saw others took off the rubber cap with the words on it but kept the other rubber cap with the plastic piece on... and that works alright thumbsup

nope trd doesn't make one for the front but they do make one for the rear..

also i had apr and rmm and sure could feel it also..
