You are paying more for the TRD name, than you are the filter.

Oh, and at TRDUSA.com, they are only $50.

EDIT:

And I assume that you are talking about the air filters that fit in the stock box, not a CAI or SRI, because TRD does not make those to my knowledge.

if you pay 100$ for a filter than ur crazy.
why do you want this filter? Performance or just cz its trd?
if you want Performance, you gotta get a cai or short ram. if you want noise, then remove ur butterfly valve.

yea i have one. better than stock, filters a lil better, and makes the engine sound better. get it.

What exactly is this 'butterfly valve' you speak of...and will i have any problems if i remove it?

i got mines at westcovina toyota for like $44.95..i think its supposed to give you like 1-2hp gains...and has a nice sound to it.

sometimes you can find someone here selling a used one.. for about $25 buy that instead then save up for an Intake thumbsup
