from the light bulb wire...if you took ur cig. assembly out..on the side you well see a twist out cig. light...those are the wire you wnt...

I wouldn't use the light bulb wire.

Use the red wire that goes into the small wire harness that plugs into the cig lighter.

I heard on another post to use the wire that connects to the side of the cig. lighter...i think it's white with a black stripe...

i use it..and it's fine for me..got my interior trunk neon hook onto it and it also power my el glow gauge..

ok coo cause i already spliced it up and i dont wanna remove it. Ill finish installation tommorow though because its too dark out.

You can, I've just don't like touching those bitchy little bulbs. They go out very easily.
