Are Hyper White Bulbs in the side markers legal in California? Also does anyone know how long the CelicaStore on this site takes to ship things?

Really? I ordered on Sunday and it still is pending. I'm not sure what is wrong...no one is replying to my questions when I email customer service.

Only 1 person working the store & i've been out since Sunday working my 2nd job... if you haven't received a reply already, you should get a reply tonight (I'm not hooked up to the internet on life support  )... I'm about half way done with the few hundred emails that come in each and every day. my second job that was just started last week, doesn't make things easier, but i still know my priorities
