no, its 1/4 inch plywood wrapped in red vinyl. i didnt make the sub box, it came like that. im sticking with it until i learn to Fiberglass, or until i can find someone aroung here that can do it.

box for amps and cap is much cleaner - good job on that...

If you're not concerned about trunk space, I recommend a custom FG enclosure for your subs. It will look a lot more professional and you'll even have some space to admire them...

i'd like to eliminate the back seat and have a Fiberglass box that incorportes the subs and amps all in one, and maybe if i get crazy i got another sub and amp i'd like to add in. its just sitting in the garage.

The way you have your subs pointed is good, should do the trick. I like the mounting of the amps & cap. The GTS looks good. thumbsup

Looks good.

If you ever need more room, I suggest removing the rear seats, and covering the floor with a custom cover of some sort.

Would make it sound nicer also.

which is exactly what i want to do, but its not to get more room. it would be to use up the room that is sitting vacant. ive been throwing around ideas for quite some time now, this setup is to keep me happy in the mean time.

you must have another vehicle lol. If i did that i would be screwed. I got a bowling bag that needs to fit in my trunk during the season. Looks pretty sweet, i love the amp/cap enclosure.

I have another vehicle, but just for the winter. during summer my theory is if i dont have room for it in my back seat, then it isnt important. Also my girlfriend drives an 02 Explorer so i use that alot.
