let the sun dry out your right headlight.
remove it from the car and take all light bulbs out.
let it dry and reseal it all the way around the entire headlight with Automobile Goop (available @ Autozone).
pretty EASY, and it will save you lots of money.
If your problem is condensation try fixing it yourself.
I got the same problem (6 months ago...), I just took off the bulbs... let it dry then, replace them back

After doing that I have no longer condensation problemes!! (6months+rains+wash once/week=NOcondensation)
It looks like somebody changed a bulb and did not replace it the right way
usually parts that you get @ ebay and junkyards come from cars involved in accidents...
You may get a part that looks ok to the naked eye, but, the seal may be broken already...
