Is it legal to have clear turn signals on the front of your car instead of the amber ones?

are you talking 'bout the side markers? i have clear side markers but the mandated amber bulbs...

front turn signals by the low-beam bulbs i have are clear though, never had a problem with the police department over those...

Yes, you can have the front turn signals with any color bulbs I believe.

BUT, the light that is emitted from them has to range from white-amber.

Doesn't matter what color the bulb is, just what color it blinks.

hyper white bulbs, i recommned MTECH metal style. they are chrome so it doesnt have the bluish all up in the head light, yet it shines pretty damn whitish blue.

supra clear corners (JDM style) http://www.procarparts.com/store-detail.asp?sku=TY97SP%2D8181BLX&dbname=onlinestoreDB

here's a tip, the stock turn signal bulbs are painted orange, correct? well then just get a bolt that has threads on it and use it to scratch off the orange paint.

that's what i did, they were way brighter than when it had the orange paint. not to mention, the color of the light matched the ones that are on BMW signal lights thumbsup It just takes a total of 15 minutes.
